After growing up in Southern California, and also living in Pompano Beach, Florida, the San Francisco Bay area, the suburbs of Chicago, Portland, Oregon, and out in the country in Southern New Jersey, I finally decided to move to Brenham, Texas, in 2005.

A friend had told me about the gently rolling hills, beautiful bluebonnets and friendly people, and after a brief visit here, I knew this was the place I wanted to live. And it's been great moving to a quiet little country town where life moves at a slower pace and the people always wave and say hello. We don't ever want to leave this great town!

I spent twenty-five years in marketing communications, doing advertising, sales promotion, public relations, special events, exhibits and trade shows. During that time I traveled extensively, and finally decided that I'd had enough of life on the road. I began my real estate career in 1998, and the first full year in real estate, I listed and/or sold homes for twenty-four families and generated sales of four million dollars. For the years of 1999 and 2000 I received the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club Award for sales production.

In 2001, I became a Vice President and Sales Manager for Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, the fifth largest real estate company in the United States. I managed an office in North Brunswick, NJ, with thirty-five Realtor Sales Associates for a year, and then moved to another Prudential office in Hamilton, NJ, with fifty Realtor Sales Associates, and ten staff members, and managed that office for three years.

In 2005 I joined Coldwell Banker Properties Unlimited of Brenham, Texas, and serve as the Sales Manager for both the Brenham office and the Bellville office, Coldwell Banker Marek Real Estate. Between both offices, we have a total of about forty Realtor Sales Associates. I enjoy working with all sales associates and staff members, and helping them develop their careers in real estate.

My husband, Daniel Pistelli, and I have three dogs, Sniffer, Pinky and Manny, as well as four cats Eddie, Buster, Bridget and Scooter. We also have a family in Pittsburgh, PA, three grown sons and four grandchildren. Dan is retired from forty years in the exhibit industry, and in our spare time we enjoy gardening, photography, bicycle riding, and helping out at our friend's ranch in the gentle rolling hills of Washington County. We are quickly becoming true Texans!
