And as a Certified Negotiation Specialist, I'm skilled in protecting the interests of my clients at the negotiation table.

My love of the Texas countryside and its wildlife are grounded in my family's more than 150 years of farming and ranching here. I'm a fourth-generation Texan, and my great-great-grandparents were pioneer settlers to the Salem community in Washington County.

Besides real estate, my other passion is preserving, enhancing, and managing Texas's wildlife habitat. I am a lifetime member of both The Texas Wildlife Association and Texas Parks & Wildlife's Operation Game Thief. I am a founding member of the Cat Spring Wildlife CO-OP and an active member of the Wildlife Habitat Federation. As the owner of Naturescape Resources, I have facilitated the development, enhancement, and preservation of wildlife habitat for landowners.

My wife, young son, and I currently enjoy the local quality of life and the challenges of organic vegetable farming and cattle ranching in Cat Spring, just a short country drive from the original family homestead. I am a graduate of Blinn College in Brenham and hold bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas A&M University.
